Returns/ Refunds 

We are only in a position to offer refunds on a piece that has been received damaged. The item must be returned within 14 working days. 

 

Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer refunds on any other circumstances other than the above.

Return post costs must be paid by the customer. Refunds on the above will be issued once the piece has been received in the same condition it was sent with all refunds returned through the original source of purchase.

 

Should you feel you have received an item which has been grossly misrepresented on the website, please do email us  We always try to have the upmost transparency on all pieces with any flaws always noted in the description. Please do check full descriptions with size dimensions etc. & feel free to email us at any time to query a piece prior to purchase or if you would like any additional pics.

Lost Post

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds on lost packages. Thankfully An Post have always served Slick Vintage well, with our senders name on reverse which means a package would automatically be sent back to us if it could not reach the customer. 

  

However, should a package not be received please do contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help in any way we can. We want happy customers!! Should a piece be lost, the policy is any future purchase would have to been sent by registered tracked mail which is an added cost by the customer but ensures  security/ piece of mind.
